COVID-19 pandemic has changed the way we live. The lockdown has brought everything to a standstill. While many students are finding it difficult to adjust to the new way of learning, others are just bored of being at home most of the times. These are turbulent times and one must divert one’s attention in order to not lose calm. And as far as the students are concerned, they are most vulnerable to boredom, for them to cope up with the new changes, it is must to get them involved in some other activities. - Do yoga and detox yourself
They say that meditation can help you distress and relax. - Turn into a gardener
You may not have realised, but being with nature evokes a sense of calmness. So, you can engage yourself in gardening or simply grow one plant or two and tend to them on a daily basis. Caring and nurturing the plants works to uplift the mood while also helping in improving the concentration and productivity. Try and grow plants that emit oxygen like tulsi or aloe vera.
